[OpenSIPS-Users] Copy menuconfig 'config' for upgrade

Hi MArk,

2.4.4 and 2.4.5 are minor releases on the same branch (2.4), so there is 
no need of any migration as they are fully compatible in terms of DB 
schema and cfg file.
