[OpenSIPS-Users] Copy menuconfig 'config' for upgrade

Thanks both. I just wanted an easy way to mirror the menuconfig
configuration. I did it manually this time but I'll remember the tips for
next time :)

Must be getting better at this - this is my first successful update :)
