[OpenSIPS-Users] Copy menuconfig 'config' for upgrade

Good morning all

I am looking at upgrading a server from 2.4.4 to 2.4.5

When I installed 2.4.4 I used the menuconfig tool. Is there a config file
for menuconfig that I can copy to the 2.4.5 sources in order to maintain
the same saved options?
