[OpenSIPS-Users] Updating rtpproxy

The engineer from Sippy told me that Opwnsips should update the version
because one command, extractaudio, used to convert the raw *.rtp files to
wav format, fails to convert G729 captures. The latest version works fine.
So I guess you could distribute a newer version of rtpproxy. As you know,
many users relay on rtpproxy for saving security recordings.
