OpenSIPS supports 12 branches for a call, eg: 12 times you go into a
failure route and resend out the INVITE

So, you probably are trying too many gateways one after another (like you
have more than 12 gw in a drouting rule) or you simply retry more than 12
times to send out an INVITE, but each time you get an error back

For managing more than 12 branches, you must recompile OpenSIPS after
changing an include file
