You've also written that you use the distro package of OpenSIPS.
But Debian 12 does not have OpenSIPS in its package list.

I think you've added this repository:
https://apt.opensips.org/packages.php?v=3.4

If so, just install the 'opensips-auth-modules' package.
According to the package description:

  This package provides the modules that are being used to provide
  SIP authentication in OpenSIPS. It consists of both the
  authentication interface (the auth module), as well as the UAC
  authentication module (uac_auth).
