[OpenSIPS-Users] Stir ans Shaken - number is not in E.164 format

I think that having this on a global scale will result in a mumbo jumbo 
of standards and implementations.  Best thing for Europe would be that 
this would be tackled on EU scale, but it don't see this happening (e.g. 
what France does, is for sure not okay for Germany and so on).   Anyway, 
I will be on that call too, as I would like to hear their view on this 
complicated item.
