[OpenSIPS-Users] gsm modem SMS module

HI Volga,

The SMS module was written maybe more than 15 years ago, maybe some 
things changed in the meanwhile - this is the reason more marking the 
module as obsolete as (a) there was no reason/need/interest for it and 
(b) it was not maintained in these last 15 years.
