[OpenSIPS-Users] Modules not inheriting db_default_url

Liviu,

not all the modules exposing a db_url should inherit the db_default_url. 
For some modules the db_url is optional and acts as a switch for the 
module (if db backend should be used or not). Forcing the default db_url 
may break this behavior.
