In your original post, the logs show a crash of opensips

Apr 21 13:23:55 voip-sbc01-ir infoINFO:core:handle_sigs: child process 92854 exited by a signal 11
Apr 21 13:23:55 voip-sbc01-ir infoINFO:core:handle_sigs: core was not generated
Apr 21 13:23:55 voip-sbc01-ir infoINFO:core:handle_sigs: terminating due to SIGCHLD

TO be able to investigate this, we need the core file and the backtrace - see https://opensips.org/Documentation/TroubleShooting-Crash
