[OpenSIPS-Users] Can I use the OpenSIPS without any DB?

I'm trying to use the OpenSIPS in a embedded system for a really small
number of users, and for this I'd like to use just a plain text file for
the dialplan without any DB, like the Asterisk, so, is this possible?
