[OpenSIPS-Users] 403 Rely forbidden

Help says it's opensips domain add.
This is what I get:
# opensipsctl domain add 10.10.10.3
INFO: execute '/sbin/opensipsctl domain reload' to synchronize cache and
database
[root at lion opensips]# opensipsctl domain reload
500 command 'domain_reload' not available
What's wrong again?
