[OpenSIPS-Users] Error "ERROR:core:get_out_socket: no socket found"

Good afternoon. 
The server has 2 physical NICs + 2 alias. Opensips listens to both aliases +
local interface (127.0.0.1). The most interesting thing in this situation is
the fact that it receives and sends messages from the 1st alias and does not
see second at all. although The logs in this case contains a message that
the opensips listens and second alias too.
