Hi yang,

Your rtp packets are dropping, whenever you are making calls between 2
networks, you have 2 solution to resolve this,

1--Rtpproxy server 
2---Media proxy server
it's up to you which one you want to use for your opensips.

I have tested rtpproxy and it is works fine.
