[OpenSIPS-Users] UPDATE with SDP after 183 Session Progress, allowed?

Hello Saúl,

Not even now, in 1.8, the dialog module does not call the 
DLGCB_REQ_WITHIN for requests in a dialog that's in early state.
The only exception is the PRACK.
