[OpenSIPS-Users] Flatstore "extra" fields handling

Hello All,
In using flatstore, I see that I don't get headers on each file created.
I'm using db_extra, and I do see the data put in there, but I'm just really
guessing what the columns are.

Can someone tell me how flatstore orders the columns? From what I can tell,
for acc at least, it appears to order them like this:

<standard_acc_fields> + <db_extra_fields> + <cdr_flag_fields>

But I'm just guessing.
