Hello Faisal,
Make these changes, hope this will help you.
sudo nano /usr/local/etc/opensips/opensipsctlrc
uncomment and change :
# PID_FILE=/var/run/opensips.pid
to : PID_FILE=/var/run/opensips/opensips.pid
