[OpenSIPS-Users] [RFC] Default value of db_url in OpenSIPS

and thinking about the avpops, it is a good idea to have RO and RW users

For example, I may want to access a third party customer DB where I have RO
permissions only and to write CDRs in my local DB where I have RW :)
