I still don't really see why SEMS has to be used here instead of Asterisk..
It's not like OpenSIPs knows more about the call than asterisk does.. If
OpenSIPs knows about the extension and that's what you want the advert to be
based on, stick that extra information into a header:
X-OpenSIPs-Exten: 1234
And then check for that in asterisk and play the appropriate prompt..
