[OpenSIPS-Users] Problem with OpenSIPS Control Panel 4.0

Hi,

Did you add the first admin account using the query provided in the 
INSTALL file ?
Because if you did it should have worked without changing the value of 
*$config->admin_passwd_mode* from 1 to 0.
