Hi Yannick,

You also need to :

1) force pinging to all registered contacts (see ping_nated_only param 
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/nathelper.html#id228173)

2) ping only the records which are marked as nated (see nat_bflag param 
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/usrloc.html#id228228)
