[OpenSIPS-Users] dispatcher probing mode always re-enables

Hi Brett,

it seams that the dispatcher module is not so smart as the drouting and 
load_balancer when comes to probing, enabling and disabling.

For DS module, the MI command has the same behaviour as the 
ds_mark_xxx() ones, the auto-reenabling kicks in...

I will shortly prepare a patch to fix this behaviour.
