[OpenSIPS-Users] dispatcher probing mode always re-enables

Hello List,
I'm using 1.6.1 and I've manually disabled a dispatcher gateway using
the MI fifo ds_set_state command. I've tried with both probling mode 1
and 0 and both show the gateway auto-reenabling itself.  I'm manually
forcing the gateway into I (inactive) mode.

Seems like if it's set to inactive, it shouldn't every automatically
become reenabled?! right?
