I don't know a lot about SDP protocol, but shouldn¡t SDP version number (v=0) 
be increased in a re-INVITE? Nothe that it's always 0.
Could you try to dissable MediaProxy and check if then the GW and the phone 
accept the re-INVITE and send media directly between them?
