Hello Saeed,
You can also use the OSP Module
(http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/osp.html) to access an
external OSP server for routing and CDR collection.
You can download a free OSP server from
http://www.transnexus.com/OSP%20Toolkit/Peering_Server/VoIP_Peering_Server.h
