Hi Andrew,
When the pres-rules document for a user changes in OpenXCAP, the
presence agent in OpenSER must be informed because it might need to
notify at that point certain watchers based on what the policy
contains. For example a new watcher will immediately receive a
presence status update when you grant him the rights.
When you do a put on OpenXCAP for pres-rules document, the server
contacts OpenSER using the management interface for this purpose.
