You need to set dst_avp

grp_avp  
(http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.4.x/dispatcher.html#id2533853), 
cnt_avp 
(http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.4.x/dispatcher.html#id2525231) 
and also set the flag 2 in flags 
(http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.4.x/dispatcher.html#id2523286).
