[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] event interface: support for async events (#251)

Since we already have routes with extra parameters, I would suggest keeping the event_route and adding the extra argument.

It would be nice to have a way to signal back into the event_route module (at startup) that an event is about to be processed asynchronously. This way, we could remove the synch_mode parameter and make everything transparent.
