[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] event interface: support for async events (#251)

Hi Ovidiu,

We thought about this and we can do it in two ways: either have a different route that handles the event asynchronously, something like async_event_route[EVENT] or use a parameter for the existing route event_route[EVENT, async]. Which one do you think we should approach?
