[OpenSIPS-Devel] [opensips] TLS: disable support for SSLv2 and SSLv3 (#367)

Time to support crypto built this century only :-)

I know POODLE doesn't affect SIP, but who knows what else is broken in SSLv2 / SSLv3 that we don't know about.
