[OpenSIPS-Devel] opensips version (svn -> git migration)

Hi, Ovidiu!

I've just pushed a few changes that check whether a git clone or svn 
checkout was done and adds the proper versioning information to the 
exec. Please update your sources and let me know if there are any problems.
