[OpenSIPS-Devel] opensips version (svn -> git migration)

Since we switched to git, the opensips -V reports unknown svn revision
(which is perfectly normal).
We need to tag the opensips binary using git now.
I guess we could still keep the svn version scheme for  users who are
pulling from svn, but is the build id created from git, it shouldn't
be built it into the binary.
