[OpenSIPS-Devel] Question about extending code

We are looking to purchase what we believe to be an extended version of
OpenSIPS from a third party.  While we need the functionality that is not
available thru the open modules, we are concerned that we may be on the
hook for GPL infringement.

Is this a valid concern?
