Summary: Registrar max_expires not working 

Initial Comment:
Opensips 1.9.0 max_expires is not working when set in the module parameters for all UA's. To force the setting, the exported save function has to be used with parameters.

Secondly, compilation errors on fedora 13 using gcc 4.4.5 . Some were not present in compiling opensips 1.8.2.

So what you are saying is that using the max_expire as flag in save()
works, but setting it as module param does not ?

Specifically, max_expires parameter has no effect on "CSIP Simple" android
mobile app. Android application sets register timeout at 900 secs on
request. However, using the registrar "save" command with options, forces
the site setting.
