Initial Comment:
Hi,

The attached patch adds a couple of enhancements to the add_diversion function from the diversions module:

    * Ability to set the URI which will be put in the header, instead of the original RURI
    * Ability to set the 'counter' field, required by some PSTN gateway vendors

If I get the green light I'll commit the attached patch with the corresponding documentation update.
