As I said in my previous mail, you can find an example document of this 
integration in the OpenXCAP sources. There is no OpenSIPS+OpenXCAP 
In-A-Box configuration, as nearly everyone uses a different setup. The 
example you can find in OpenXCAP package is for building a presence 
server which only handler presence related requests. Again, you'll need 
to tailor it for your needs.
