Initial Comment:
Upgrade to upload patch 3042883 to add flow token support (in sense of RFC5626). This rev addresses some limitations of rev1.
This patch should be applied on top of 3040885, 3042883, 3046433, and 3047314.
The attached "howto" file documents how to use the flow routing extensions.
