(Un)fortunatelly I've not seen this issue anymore.

Due to my problems with presence module and MySQL I've separed my
topology in two opensips running in the same host:

- OpenSIPS as proxy/registrar running in 5060
- OpenSIPS as presence server running in 5065

After this separation all the issues (db_mysql ERROR, process crashes
and so) have dissapear totally in the proxy/registrar, while the
presence server concentrates and suffers of all of them.
