Yes, but we can expect that a TCP connection remains open for, at
least, 32 seconds. If a TCP keep-alive NOTIFY fails due to TCP error
then the keep-alive process should end (with no success).

Yes, I mean the ability of sending NOTIFY/OPTIONS each XX seconds via
an already open TCP connection (while this connection is alive).
