[OpenSIPS-Business] prepaid billing interface

Hi @ all,

I rent a dedicated linux server and I would like to do wholesale SIP 
termination for local callshops (in france).

features i need are:
- lcr routing
- cvs rates import
- add prepaid users
- add sip trunks
- web interface

Once the web billing interface works, I plan to build myself a custom 
enduser portal.
My dedicated server is Linux CentOS (Red HAT entreprise based) + SSH 
root access.

Is there someone who can install a working web interface that works over 
opensips ?
