[WG-IMS] Scope of IMS in OpenSIPS - RFC

Hi all,

I want to thank everyone who got involved in this discussion and 
contributed with info or ideas. I see it as a great exercise with great 
results :). And speaking of results, I tried to summarize here [1] the 
main ideas of the discussion, so we can use the info during the next steps.

Now, with the scope in place, On Monday I will kick off the discussion 
on the technical requirements, so stay tuned ;)
