The easiest way is to extract the whole RPID hdr body via
$hdr(Remote-Party-Id) and run a regexp [1] on it to replace the
`privacy=full` with `privacy=off` textually.<br>
After replace the old value with the new one by using the
remove_hf() and append_hf() functions.<br>
