I don't see why not! The transport layer is decoupled from all modules, <br>
so even if uac_registrant ends up calling the famous msg_send() <br>
function, I would expect it to properly send out the message, even if it <br>
has to do multiple handshakes beforehand: first TLS, then WS.<br>
