      perspective. Even more, from the potential mess it may create during

        the DB a state of 0 means ENABLED and a state of 1 means
        DISABLED. When sending MI commands 0 will DISABLE and 1 will
        ENABLE. That seems a little backwards but I'm on 2.2.7 so maybe
        that was fixed in a newer version.

              That column is read by OpenSIPS only at startup. Basically
              it give OpenSIPS the starting values for the GW states. If
              you change the value in DB, it will have no effect on
