      Maybe the MESSAGE is sent to an IP:port:proto destination not used
      as listener by OpenSIPS. The tcpdump tool shows the network
      traffic , but with no guarantee for the delivery at application
      level. <br>
      <br>
      So check the listeners in OpenSIPS and the local iptables.<br>
      <br>

            If I understand correctly your setup, you should use into
            PATH support on opensips (RFC 3327). Also take a look at the
            path module in OpenSIPS:<br>
