OpenSIPS does not directly implements are cost or quality related
concepts when comes to routing. What OpenSIPS can do is to route
(based on prefixes) to lists of GWs - see the drouting module. So,
what you have to do is to be sure to properly arrange the GW list
to reflect cost or quality.<br>
