You are saying that somehow, when you use the ratelimit module,
the dispatcher GWs switch into probing without being able to come
back ? I'm asking as the 2 modules do not share anything, so it
might have been a pure coincidence.<br>

What is the probing mode you use in dispatcher ?<br>

gateways started showing status as "probing". I took
wireshark trace and can see that opensips is pinging
gateways (freeswitch) and getting reply as 200 OK but
