from DB SQLite ("Mar 16 18:09:17...") gets appended to your
previous xlog debugging.<br>

Notice you are trying to t_relay() to a private IP,
192.168.110.118:53803, and this fails for some reason. Make sure
you are properly handling NAT, if you indeed have such clients.<br>

cannot receive calls any more. But he still can make (start)
calls. I still didn't reset such client.</p>
<p>I can't understand this issue, because the AOR still remains
