First of all version 1.7 is really outdated...you should consider
migrating to 1.11 or 2.1 (maintained versions).<br>
<br>
Based on what you say it looks (for whatever reason), your
opensips either does not receive, either ignores the provisional
replies (100 and 180).<br>
