Once you put a call through B2B, topology hiding is done - that's
the nature of a B2B. So simply using the B2B module gives you TH.
The TH scenario is for case when you want B2B without any scenario
, but only passing through.<br>
<br>
So just use your "refer" scenario and you will see that TH is done
for the calls.<br>
